

PROCESSING
Orders placed successfully will receive a confirmation email shortly after ordering with details. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please ensure that you have entered the correct email address, and check spam/junk inboxes.
We try to get orders processed as quickly as possible. Once orders are placed, please allow up to 10 business days for orders to ship.
SHIPPING
We are shipping around the world!
You will receive an email once your order has shipped with tracking information.
All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service and are charged a flat rate to save on shipping costs. Once shipped, orders should arrive within 3-5 business days (5+ business days with international shipping). We have no control over packages/shipping once shipped. We will work with you the best we can, but we are not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen. If this occurs, please contact your local post office as soon as possible for their help and to file a claim.
Once your order has shipped, we can no longer make any changes or cancel your order. Please wait until you receive your order then contact us at txteehaus@gmail.com.
We are not responsible for any additional shipping, delivery, or international fees, that may incur, or any delays and/or items that are undeliverable due to addresses being entered incorrectly while checking out.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items purchased on sale are final, as well as custom freshies, and returns will not be accepted. Please inspect all items as soon as possible. Exchanges are available for custom items if they arrive incorrect.
Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. All items must be in its original packaging and unused. You will also need your order number available.
We hope you do not need to return your order, but if you do, please follow the steps below to begin a return:

Please contact us or email us at txteehaus@gmail.com with your name, order number, and proof of purchase (receipt, packing slip, CC statement, bank statement).

We will notify you if your order is able to be returned. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping unless an error was made on our end.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items for damages. Your original payment method will be refunded. Keep in mind, it can take banks and/or credit card companies time to post your credit.
